Employers are keen to understand where the best place is to promote their graduate opportunities and how can they support you once you enter the labour market. Here’s how you can help!

Cibyl wants to understand how students across the nation are feeling about their future. They (anonymously) share the data with employers so that they can tailor the recruitment process to suit your needs and better support you after graduation.

Not only will you be helping employers you could win the following prizes:

  • £150 Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats gift card (three given away)
  • a £100 Amazon gift card (given away every week- 14 to give away!)

The Cibyl Graduate Research is the UK’s most comprehensive piece of research into students’ views on graduate careers and recruitment: over 65,000 UK students took part last year. Cibyl also powers The UK 300, so ranking your favourite employers is a great way to influence their status in the publication. Cibyl is an excellent tool for helping students to think about graduate careers: the questions require you to rank employers in a variety of ways, helping you to think laterally about your career options and why you like, or don’t like, certain companies. Student Focus, in association with The Times newspaper, is the nationwide student research programme on graduate recruitment:

  • Student Focus requires final year students specifically from Cambridge University
  • Finalists may complete online questionnaires about their job-hunting experiences
  • Finalists can earn £10 for each completed questionnaire
